All this is rounded off with a large salad bar - included in most meals.

All meals are prepared freshly by the chef and his staff.

For a sweet craving after a meal or simply in between, there is a variety of cake, crêpes and ice cream as well as a fruit salad with typical Dominican fruit.

As everywhere in the Baileys bar and restaurant, we stick to our motto that quality must not be costly - meals start at $5 (US).
